Mills is a results-driven go-to-market executive with a wealth of experience driving revenue growth and market expansion for software and professional services in human capital management (HCM), technology, corporate governance, risk and compliance industries, both organically and through strategic acquisitions. She previously served as Chief Revenue Officer of the Private Sector of Dataminr, an AI platform company that pioneered technology for the real-time detection of events, risks and threats. Most recently, Mills served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Kalderos, the end-to-end drug discount management platform, where she was instrumental in helping strategic clients improve revenue outcomes. She has also held senior leadership positions in other SaaS companies including Alchemy Systems, SIA Global Compliance and SkillSoft.
